in a richer area there you must be rich to live there so there is no reason to steal when you could just go to your rich mum/dad and get whatever you want for free
in a poorer area your parents might not be able to spend that much money for you to have luxury items so you must either work and get £5 per hour (if ur lucky) or rob other people
