We're running out of prison space in England. Can you suggest any alternative punishments which could be used?

bring back whipping, but mabye make it 10 per hour for 1 week (solves prison space and deters people at the same time)

im sure the people at human rights will have somethin 2 day about that Razz but yer i agree hmm maybe whiping people for crimes will prevent them from commiting them

How about stop overloading the prisons with social crimes and actually lock the people who are dangerous.
Community service should be more brought into power.

What do you mean by social crimes? Surely you mean antisocial crimes?
